glad to be here and with you,
I’ll be 62 in a couple of months. And I’m capable of doing a few absolutely crazy yoga poses. Even at my age.
Thanks @SkinnyMe
I’m 57 years old.
But I feel like I’m in my 70s.
Sorry you feel like that. Thanks for sharing.
I’m 52 and look 65 white hair and everything.
That’s great to hear. Do you recommend having kids?
I didn’t, but I regret now not having any. It’s probably an individual thing. Some on this forum do have kids.
Hey don’t regret it, I don’t know why you do, but if it’s about surviving through them, any individual’s traits only will last a few generations at most. I will feel no regret about not having kids except for maybe having no one in my life when i get older. BUt maybe if I did they would only visit me once a year anyway.
Thanks @anon84461028
My mom turns 77 next year and is in a good shape.
And I’m 52 years old. I got sick at 24 years. And mom got first severely sick after she had turned 48.
Merry merry Christmas to all you elderly who made er through life
Thanks @columbus
