I'll be switching from coffee to tea

I’ve tried coffee from a few different places here in town and they all make me feel like I’m about to throw up except for maybe this one bag of Dunkin coffee I got one time but I can’t buy that because it’s too much coffee to drink in one week and also I don’t want to walk to Dunkin in the winter.

If I put milk in my coffee I don’t gag but I don’t think I can get a gallon of milk in the winter because of having to wear gloves and I could possibly slip on the ice and spill it.

I think tea is the way to go from now on. I don’t need a lot of caffeine any and I’m hoping tea will be relaxing.

I switched from coffee to tea 5 days ago. I feel that it’s the healthier option.

I drink tea most days. I feel better too on tea.

If I do coffee at all it is a tiny amount of the instant coffee.

I like my tea, so many more variations of style and flavor profiles.

Various caffeinated and free options.A red rooibos, English black, Japanese green matcha, Mint sleepy time tea.

I’ve got a guava tea I’ve been enjoying these past few days. I’ve got a few Asian market stores that sell great tea for a fair price.

I hope you find some styles you enjoy. Cheers!

Yeah, I totally get that with coffee. It can be hit or miss sometimes, especially when it ends up making you feel off. I switched to tea a while ago for that same reason, and it’s been way more relaxing for me. You can still get a little caffeine, but it’s a lot gentler on the stomach. Plus, it’s a lot easier to manage than hauling milk around in the winter, especially with all the ice and cold! You might find something you like—it’s worth experimenting with different flavors to see what suits you best.

I like that about tea too. There are some good tasting teas but I don’t think coffee tastes good.

I found a black tea on Amazon I like that I want to keep getting.
