If we cant pray

what if someone is sick and what if there are disasters, what are we suppose to do then? have a discussion about it?

Discussions can be a catalyst for working towards solutions.

I like having discussions about what can be done to help. In times where nothing can be done, I just offer my condolences. Condolences are basically the same as prayers, butt without the religious element. It shows the person that you care without violating forum guidelines.

You can pray anytime you want. My brother is quite religious. I remember something about him saying to fast and pray in silence. Meaning to not tell anyone about it. And that you keep that to yourself as to not boast about you praying.
Something like that

No one is stopping you from praying, Daydreamer. Go do it right now and see if anyone stops you. Praying is between you and your God, you don’t need an audience to do it.

Religious topics, as you are absolutely, 100% aware, aren’t permitted here. But that has no effect on your ability to pray.

We do support each other. But religious posts can hurt people here. None of this is news to you, we’ve been through this numerous times.

I think @anon31257746 linked you to a great place to find people who share your interest in public praying. This site isn’t a place for you to find it.

Oh and please don’t ever pray for me im shooting for Valhalla not heaven…

All hail the potato out ultimate creator

Heck, I win all the time. Winning is not always a physical thing like intimidation or actual fighting. It’s possible for us to win against the most dangerous biker out there, without even being brave. Just take normal precautions. Heck, praying is free and helpful. It may not work but the rewards of consistently and humbly getting on your knees every night and speaking to whoever is out there are learning discipline, faith, and commitment.

In AA they taught me to not pray for specific, material, things. They said don’t pray for a new car or a million dollars etc. It doesn’t work that way. You pray for a little comfort, a little peace, guidance, relief, etc.
