I slept last night for 2 hours. I’m tired today.
I require at least 6 hours, sometime s I can get by on 5. I prefer 8.
If your AP makes you drowsy upping the dose might help. Also you could look into supplements. There are a few supplements that work for me like magnesium and melatonin in conjunction with the AP.
