I rode my bicycle 28 kilometers today (I may still ride more), I also went to one graveyard where both sides of my family are buried, I’ll be also buried there, after many decades still hopefully, whatever,whoever etc.we are in this life we all end up in the graveyard, hopefully later than sooner. Here are a few pictures:
That looks very peaceful and like a great resting place when the toil of life is over…
That’s a lovely cemetery. I find cemeteries very beautiful and somehow comforting. I’ve always enjoyed them.
I won’t be in one though. I want to be cremated and my ashes sprinkled on the ground under a tree in the forest.
I rode another 10 kilometers, so today 38 kilometers bicycle riding and one kilometer walking, good exercising, I visited again my father at the elderly care facility and he was quite good, yep, these graveyards are peaceful places,but nowadays funerals cost quite a lot, can be several thousands of euros. One person whom I met when I came back in 2002 had been a grave digger.
