i was wondering why i felt so bad and then it hit me, i forgot my meds this morning and i was starting to lose the plot, it just shows how much i rely on my meds even if its just a small amount,
on a good note i had a review today and my volunteer co-ordinator said i was doing exceptionally well and that i should be proud of myself so i am happy with that, i also had a chance to tell her what was going on with me and my ips specialist and careers advice but i wasnt really feeling great and afterwards i went and got a coffee but my head was doing backflips.
