I got anxiety and called a crisis center. I think she was laugh at me she didn’t call my boyfriend she said friend instead. I almost cursed at her. I hate sza. Especially depression.
Yes sza can be hard for me too. The depression is my most severe symptom - especially mixed episodes. I can be really aggressive and agitated then!

what do you mean crisis center do they have does in the US?
Yes they have a crisis center and a bigger ward here.
Language is so imperfect to use to communicate from one person to another. We do the best we can.
