I started “listening” more to the voices’ atmosphere now I can hear people a lot clearer and things are starting to line up in the physical, like people will say things that aren’t directly related to my situation but it will parrallel it. It’s getting very uncomfortable and feeling very more real, like people are going to straight up tell me that they know everything I do and think. Has anyone been this deep in and does it end? Whats your story on the topic?
This happens to me whenever I stop ignoring them. They’re a lot easier to handle when I stop giving them attention

I have to agree with what Nails says. I experiment with talking to them and trying to figure out what they want to say, and it always ends badly. I had to spend 45 minutes in bed last night doing self work just to get them quiet enough so I could get to sleep, and I think I’m back to ignoring them.
It does get better, you just have to train your mind to ignore them, like Nails pointed out.
