I heard her and Heart sing in 2016. I think she was 66. She sounded awesome. She could really belt it out. Alone is my favorite song by Heart. She sang it and it sounded like the original recording. So beautiful.

Ellen Reid from Crash Test Dummies has a beautiful voice, but she tends to get drowned out by Brad Roberts:

I like guns n roses but yeah he kind of sounds like he’s taking a big poop sometimes.

I don’t like his timbre but he does have the largest useful octave range of anyone alive today. I much prefer Prince though Axel had him beat by a few note at the bass end. Mike Patton has a hell of a range as well. Patton sings in multiple languages too.
