Thanks for the suggestion but I think it’s a psychological problem. He has no problem running around the backyard chasing balls and stuff, or running around the house. I created a thread to get ideas about what was wrong with him. After talking about all kinds of possibilities I think @Wave figured out the problem
I looked into behavioural therapists for dogs, trainers, etc… but they are too expensive for me.
