I’m really growing sick of canned pasta but it seems that is the only thing that will fill me up and not kill my teeth. I guess if I made veggie chili that would be okay. But not sure I’ll get it made today. Here are a few ideas.
- Tuna casserole
- Tomato soup
- Slim fast meal replacement
I voted for oatmeal. It’s healthy and filling and easy to make
I love tomato and they are healthy
I’m not the most healthiest, but I’m going for the tuna because of the protein that fills you up longer. The rest will kind of just go through your stomach, but the slim fast is my number 2 choice for you, it might have more nutrients but I’m still going for the tuna.
