Prayers and well wishes for you. All I can think of was have you some clean clothes and a shower and good hygiene so you can relax around the people. I haven’t showered in over a week but when I have appointments or know I’m gonna be around people repeatedly I make sure I have some clean fresh clothes on and shower and I brush my teeth and use mouthwash and stuff.
