But then I added cheese on top, because I’m not vegan. It had a really cool substitute for ricotta though. Extra firm tofu and sunflower seeds blended together with yeast flakes and a bit of olive oil. It tastes way better than actual ricotta.

Thanks! It took three freaking hours to make! That includes an hour of baking time though.
