I posted on my Facebook account and Instagram account about having schizophrenia the other day.
The responses I got were actually really positive and supportive.
Albeit I only have 50 something followers on Instagram and 90 something on Facebook. Both accounts are private as well.
I never talk about my diagnosis on social media… so I think a decent amount of people were surprised by it.
It honestly felt good to put it out there though

cool !! I talk about sz on facebook all the time…get a lot of support there…

I see other people do it. I have once done that talked about struggling with it.
