I think if I was ever delusional again I am certain I would probably try to remove the tattoos by myself with a knife or something…good for you guys that have tattoos.
I dig the art but not my cup of tea. I’ll probably get one on a whim one day but really doesn’t cross my radar. Most of the younger ones I know have tatts. It’s just so much part of the milieu these days for the youngsters and it’s cool that it’s an art that has made it into the mainstream.
When I was growing up it was just basically criminals or people in the armed forces who had tattoos.

They money I spend on a tattoo could be used to create my own art. I’d rather create my own art than where someone else’s.

I have my x boyfriends name tattooed on me.
I had perfect family and home with him but left to become vegan activist and vote as I choose and have my own morals and beliefs.
I say it’s my biggest regret leaving him but I have good things here and now too.
I miss it there but I had to be true to myself and who I am and who I want to be even if that meant leaving who I love most.
My new boyfriend is lovely and I might get a tattoo in his honour too.
It’s a animal but I won’t say which animal.
We said when we have been together 21/2 years we might get a tattoo of this animal in honour of each other and our relationship.
It’s a different relationship than with my x.
My x could take care of me and is more stable and secure .
We were are family.closest.but we were pretty a sexual.
My current boyfriend is best lover and we have more of a sexual relationship than me and my x did.
I have a Seinfield tattoo of Kramer saying here’s to feeling good all the time.
I have Tasmanian devil cartoon tattoo.
I have a vegan tattoo.
I have a grim reaper tattoo.
I have a swan tattoo.
I have a flower tattoo.
I have a tattoo of my girl.

@Truemist8 wow cool…love the tattoos you mentioned…my niece and nephews and my brother all got a “family tatoo” identical on each of them…really neat…I’m sorry you had to leave your x boyfriend and glad you’re happier now.

I am not branded by my x.
It was my choice to have his name after we had broken up I did it.
I was single when I did it.
I said he is my closest n best one of best thing to happen to me and I’ll always be a fan I thought.

I am sick as it is. Tattoos could be very tribal. I got only a piercing. For me Tattoos are something mentally disturbing i don’t have to voluntary go through. When i would start tattooing myself i wouldn’t stop still my human canvas is complete.

Thanks! I have an above average pain tolerance so getting tattoos is a lot of fun. That’s honestly where most of my income goes. I’m covered in them, everywhere except my neck and hands and face. I actually commented the other day, I’m in danger of running out of room lol

I don’t have a tattoo nor would I ever get one. First there is nothing I want on my body permanently and second I’ve seen too many botched tattoos, don’t want to risk that.
But I’ve seen some really cool ones
I’ve been drawing the same simple dinosaur figure since I was a child.
When I got to be older, I even figured a way to write him in my signature.
So he’s literally my signature dinosaur.
We’re going somewhere exotic for my 40th, so I’m planning to get a tattoo of him marching on my toes.
So it’ll be a foot tattoo.
It’ll be fun, but it’s still a couple years out.

I’m very allergic to nickel so no tattoos for me
I want to get a tattoo to cover my 12 inch belly scar from my gut surgery. But the doctors said it would be prone to infections so not to risk it. I hate my scar so much, and it’s so long I want to cover it up. I wish I could get a tattoo.

Tattoos can be addictive; I have seventeen of them. Besides liking having my tattoos, I also enjoy getting tattooed, puts me on a natural high.
