I got a new CPN, she is bloody strict

I got assigned a new community psych nurse…she is awful…she treats me as if im a 10 yr old child who has been bold…she rarely listens to me but tells me to distract myself from voices…she scolds me when I talk of voices and sz

when is see her, she says she is NOT going to let me talk about my mental health issues…she wants me to talk about othter things to distract me

I find her very difficult…whet should I do

Do you have a case manager? Perhaps a case manager can get you switched to a new nurse

I have a psychiatrist, a psychologist and a CPN (psych nurse)on my team…I don’t know if I have a case manager…would that be my pdoc?

No. They’re usually social workers. Who assigned the CPN? I would find that out, the go to that person to request a new CPN.

my former cpn changed jobs and this new woman just took over

But someone hired her to do it. That’s the person you should speak with about it

You’re nicer than me. After the first meeting, I would’ve kicked that b*tch out of my house and told her to never come back…

Okay well I probably wouldn’t do that, but I would want to.

You should have a number for the cmht. They would be the best people to talk to.
