My psychiatrist moved away in july and wrote me 6 months of refills. She told me if they hadn’t replaced her by december to get my medicine from my GP. I’ve been scared to do this. It’s hard for me to talk and im scared to have an appointment and talk to someone. But i called and left a message saying i needed refills. Im still afraid theyre gonna make me have an appointment. I really really dont want to. But im hoping they will just fill the prescriptions. 
i hate having to talk to doctors.
