Someone is telling me that someone i used to know that they are abusing them in their car and locking them in and afraid that they will murder them. From what I heard I can only imagine she was in real danger but I don’t know what to do. They also said they are trying to find me and my friend and murder us too. I believe it is a black family, a mom, dad, sister, and a brother. And that they have done this before. Also they have been on someone’s tv show and these people did not do anything to help her. Please help! I just want to be left alone. I think they get the person in their car and then lock the doors on them and also take all their belongings. They need to be put away.

That someone is likely a voice or hallucination messing with you. It only seems real.

The odds are it is schizophrenia talking to you.
it is talking to about things you are afraid of. Just get back on your walk and go buy a soda. Look at someone don’t be afraid. This happened to me on drugs. It is temporary paranoia. Don’t give in to the feeling to think about it again.
If it’s real call the police. This being a schizophrenia forum ,however, it could just be delusions too.

She’s delusional, its like the 6th time she posts that someone is about to kill her, different story everytime. Its sad because she talks good and posts nice subjects when not delusional.
Sad thing is that when I am delusional I don’t believe anybody and only listen to my defective brain, only meds help and I always needed hospitalizations sometimes involuntary.
