I don’t think I have schizophrenia

I don’t know what type of SZ I have but I believe it’s similiar to @everhopeful’s.

It’s where you don’t hear voices or have hallucinations or delusions, but you’re just paranoid.

@everhopeful can you clarify this?

Does this sound similiar to you @anon82230070?

The majority of our schizoaffective disorder cohort (42 out of 62 = 68%) also met DSM-5 criteria for schizoaffective disorder, which required that symptoms meeting criteria for a major mood episode were present for the majority (>50%) of the duration of the psychotic illness.

I’m diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. But yeah I don’t hear or see things.

I’ve never seen things, and I’ve only ever heard my thoughts out loud kind of.

Definitely have delusions and my memory and cognitive ability is shot.

They were unsure but had been giving me diagnoses of major depression, anxiety, and adhd

Yea I’ve never heard voices or had hallucinations, but I did have delusions and was manic. The question is now if the same thing will happen once I’m off the lexapro
