I’ve been getting in the habit of eating a lot of take outs lately. But tonight my order was cancelled. I wanted to share with you guys cause before I started cooking I was in a depressed mood. But when I started cooking and made a healthy yummy meal, my bad mood went away. It tastes really good too and I feel good because it’s healthy. I made Vietnamese tofu noodle salad. The pic is before I put the noodles in and mixed it. Bonus: I got a post chilli high I think I’m gonna cook as much as I can, it’s really therapeutic.
