At the suggestion of my therapist i asked my psychiatrist my prognosis. She didnt say a ton but said she thinks we could get where i go years without episodes instead of every 4 months.

Indeed. I hope shes right but i feel like im going to get worse. Ive been getting worse every year since 2014.
