I think they just don’t want to send it to me. I was renewed for the month of october and only got noticed of it until november 2nd. I sent my renewal form during the 1st week of september as well. So being that I didn’t get notice of it being renewed, and my balance didn’t change from september to october, I assumed they cut me off without telling me. So come november, I get the notice and ask for a free card that still hasn’t come in despite me calling the office 3 other times and ordering ANOTHER bridge card a week and a half ago, I’m just guessing they don’t want me to eat. So yeah, I’m very angry and it’s all directed at them justifiably.

That’s so messed up I’d be just as pissed as you i mean food is necessary for survival it’s ■■■■■■■■ that they’re ■■■■■■■ up this bad. Is there anything else you can do to get it? Is there anyway anyone can help?
My case manager is out of the office until June 14th for some reason so I called her assistant a little while ago and left a message (trying not to chew him out but still putting it across that I’m pissed as fuck right now) and told him that I don’t know what else to do because I’m running out of money to spend on food and that hopefully we can work something out because I shouldn’t have even had to wait half this long.

I live on a narrow peninsula of land that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean. There are about a 100 churches here.
I had a mentally ill friend who wanted to live alone, but didn’t get enough to live on. So she would call the churches and get handouts, you know, a $25 gift card to a grocery store and so on.
