I could of seriously died many times, i’m surprized I am still alive

it is supposed to get better 
I think since the illness 2011 - I have not made any progression of mental health. I am stuck.
When you are 80, it is okay to say damn I ve been through a lot of good and bad.
When I think too much about some of the stuff Ive experienced, I always keep in mind, It could always have been worse.
I feel for the folks who have too little to eat and no clean water to drink, they could use more help, not me.
