Practice!
Look up techniques online, there are a bunch of tutorials depending on what styles you want.
Generally, light/shadow techniques, perspective and proportions are good things to learn regardless of style.
What also helped me was practicing by finding images I liked, and recreating them. Not by putting the paper over the picture, but by looking at it and trying to copy it.

This is boring…I don’t like myself becouse I don’t challenge myself I have no patience I cannot be calm when I draw ect

Is it because you’re stressing about trying to get it right?
If you practice the basic techniques I mentioned, it will eventually come easier, and you’ll spend less time worrying.
There is no magical button to push to make you better at drawing. It takes work.

Looking at your last posted drawing compared to nearly a year ago, I thought you had already developed a great deal.
Practice makes perfect.
who are you comparing yourself to? What is your aim when you do art?
Start sketching basic ideas from art books you like. That’s how I started.
I am not drawing regularly I am not improving I am doing the same technique again and again I am not good learning from books

Read online tutorials and follow them step-by-step. Take pauses when you need it.
Video tutorials are also good, as you can rewind when you need to. Plus, some people learn better when they see or hear things than when they read them.
Your pictures are interesting, but to be honest, my first thought is always “I bet spooky didn’t spend much time on this”.
Maybe work on refining the lines and shaping the picture the way you think looks best before you declare them finished?
Who do you compare yourself against?
You are expressing yourself, that is art my friend. I write badly, but i am not Shakespeare, or compare myself against him. i write because it is expression. That is art. It doesn’t matter how ‘good’ it is, it is the expression of your soul. You enjoy it, we enjoy it, what else do you need?
I am not a genius, I realise this. i work within my parameters. What are you expecting to do with your art? Can it not be a fun activity nevertheless?
