I have crazy thoughts when it gets humid seems my phrenia acts up in the humidity it was hot and humid here in Chicago and all night and I felt all weird thinking some crazy stuff when it turns to fall I usually feel really good then the weather dries out

I’ve never heard of humidity affecting your sz. I know I get worse on my period but humidity no. Everyone is different I guess
