How's your day/night going?

I got to shake hands with him and I got a pick from his lead guitarist. I put it on a necklace. My friend and I have small band together and I get a lot inspiration from Brantley Gilbert. I know a fair amount about it, but she wants to study up on it. So I’m gonna

Dude your lucky! I use to be in a band back in high school. That good when were you diagnosed?

In my second quarter of college and almost completely symptom free. Just got home from my part time job and am now playing call of duty wwII and about to go to sleep with my girlfriend. I think I’m finally on the right med combination and feel great for once.

My day is going well so far.
I have my presentation about conflict resolution soon, and I really feel like I’m gonna nail it.
I’ve prepared myself well, I’ve practiced for once instead of winging it, and I’ve got some relatable examples to relate to the graphics I’m using.

Horrible day and can’t sleep at night. I also hear voices. Mine are coming from an old friend who seems to hear my every thought and comments on them always negatively. We are constantly arguing in my head. What are your voices saying/ coming from?

Mine are telling me not to believe what anyone says and that I’m also worthless. Sometimes it’s just a mumble. Starting to get use to it again.

Does the voice sound like or is the personality of it like anyone you know? If it’s a mumble I’d try my best to try and not listen or focus on it though. That was my problem. Every time I have got rid of the voices and had a relapse it started off as a mumble trying to get me to listen to it anyway it could.

I’ve been doing pretty good at ignoring the mumble and telling the others to shut up

That’s good. Everyone I’ve ever trusted enough to talk about the voices too including my pdocs have stated the best thing you can do beside medication is to ignore it.
