How to stop the SZ bordedom

I think exercise is supposed to stimulate parts of the brain understimulated, to increase feelings of wellbeing. The problem is to find the motivation to exercise. I struggle with the motivation to do so, due to negative symptoms. But, I’m trying to get going with a 30 minute walk daily. It’s said even this can help.

Some days are good, some days aren’t. Completely at random… But I should definitely start doing that! I used to all the time
