The answer is simple…if its online simply stop going to those kind of sites and delete any bookmarks or files you may have saved. If its magazines simply tear them up and toss in trash or better yet burn them…I say tear them up if trashing them because one time during a construction job one of the workers found some in the trash and pulled them out and started passing them around to the guys… I refused to look at it.

Any accomplishment no mater how small needs to be rewarded to reinforcement good behaviour. Negative reinforcement doesn’t have to be much like a dollar in a jar every time you give into the impulse.
Give the money to charity at the end of the month or sometime.
Research can make a big difference on the minds set. Really research all of the negatives. In this case the porn industry. Things like what happens to you if you don’t change etc etc
