How do you create a poll on a smart phone if it’s not a reply and is an original post you create?

Thanks! I can’t get my phone to let me scroll all the way down to build a poll. Oh well.

Maybe try to update the software of your phone. I’m far from a techie, but that’s what I do when I have issues. Sometimes it helps.
