The reason I ask is I decide as per my own will I decide to eat a chocolate I eat it immediately, it’s the same for everything these days. I can’t control making decisions due to which my wallet is always zero.

The amount of time I take making a decision realt varies

When I am unwell I find really simple decision really perplexing. Even just something like “do I want to go out and see people today” “what do I want to eat”. I can spend ages just not being able to decide. But that hasn’t happened for sometime at this point thankfully.

Yesterday I decided to do a short walk for an hour and I was able to do it without deciding anything else on the way. I did get few thoughts to buy juice and walk a longer distance , I said no to my self.

I think all this while I was yes man.

Need to decide between yes and no it’s that simple ,

I think one of the best decisions in my life for me was to trust myself.

This poll is a bit difficult for me to decide on; because, I guess that I or my body make a decision every time I or it draw a breath.

I’ve heard sayings like “think before you act” or “he who hesitates is lost.” Which one is right for exactly what situations, I’m not entirely sure about.

There are online writings about OODA loops or DADA loops; but, I don’t want to trigger people here who may claim that they think that they’re being subtly trained in military techniques.
