I too got pains in chest for the short time I was vaping years ago. Gave it up at once when I felt the symptoms. They say vaping can be bad for the heart, moreso than cigarettes.

I’m having problems with my stomach. Went to take some tests today at the doctors office. Had to call in sick at work. I’m afraid it won’t go away, or I’ll lose my job.

But I’m in good spirits at least. Maybe tomorrow will be better for the stomach.

Yeah, I suppose. I didn’t ask for a note this time around. But we will see if they find something in the tests, so maybe I know what I’m dealing with. I expect to get a doctors note automatically if it’s required.

We had a massive hail storm come through last night. Vehicles aren’t damaged, but all of the vegetation in our yard is shredded. So much for our garden. The crops north of town are all gone. I’ll probably spend this evening raking up debris in the yard.

I’m good just got up. Not going to day treatment today. Instead I’m gonna get a haircut and hang out around the house. I actually feel decent today.

I am in a good mood and good spirits and have pretty good energy. I am enjoying my days very much now and myself also.

I have my appointment with my new pdoc in a couple of hours. I’m going to ride my bike over there. I’ve been to the clubhouse already today and stopped at the food bank. They had 2 salad kits, a zucchini, and some cherries. I feel pretty good today. They had lasagna soup for lunch today at the clubhouse but i skipped it cuz it had a lot of fat in it. I’m telling my pdoc that she can put me on either Latuda or Abilify but that I’m refusing to take the Zyprexa anymore, it made me want to eat the walls!
