How do you post YouTube videos on the forum?

Pretty simple. Just copy the url on the page of the video and paste it to post.

I’m not sure how I do anything on computers. I just keep pressing buttons and most of the time the computer does it without my asking.

i see. Yeah, im not sure. I usually use a computer to use the forum. I only use a cell phone for sending pics or when I’m away from home usually. I’m pretty sure there is a similar function on cell phones to copy text though. Maybe you had best wait for someone else to respond. I would try on phone but mine is currently charging.

Maybe it has something to do with the “share” option?

If it’s an Apple iPhone than choose the video you want and while its playing press firmly on the URL with your finger. An option will come up to copy and lightly tap on it with your finger. That will copy it.
Come on here, click on “new topic”; when a box opens press your finger in it firmly and “paste” shall come up. Or sometimes press firmly for a second then lift your finger and a little “paste” sign will come on. Click on it and it will paste the video you copied into the box.
I only know how to do it on an iPhone 12.

I use my cellphone. I just click on share under the video in YouTube and then copy link. Then to paste it just hold your finger on the screen and paste appears.

I have to open a thread to copy a video but i can’t copy a video in an ongoing thread.
