I wish for a better normal life. No more being possessed or having intrusive thoughts, or people thinking I am all of these negative things. Does anyone have any ideas on how can I make things better?

Study, anything, read. Complete something you started. Get in a conversation with someone you love. Exercise a little. Take a walk.
Call somebody from the past. Be well. Draw pictures. Walk aroung the house and talk to a loving father. Hope for the best. Like yourself or someone else especially on this site. Be funny. Love ya,

Take your medication and go to therapy. Mainly find a med that works and stick with it. It’s important to find one that works that has side effects you can tolerate or if you’re lucky none at all.
