I have lots of regrets.
I don’t want to go into detail but,
I don’t like myself right now.
I don’t know what to do.
I feel like I’ll always feel guilty.
I’ll never be able to make it better.
Why am I so dumb…

You can’t make it better now, but that may change in the future. Even if you can’t make that one thing better, there are others you can make better in its place.
Making mistakes is how we learn. Learn from this mistake and you’ve just become less dumb.

Oh, but you have a bunch of good things about you too. Everybody has things about themselves they don’t like. I don’t know if that helps any.
