I’m happy with my life. I wanted to move out of this assisted living facility this month but the executive director talked me into staying another year. I don’t know if I’ll ever get out of here. Anyway, if they try to raise my rent next year, (they didn’t by much this year), I will move out.
I really don’t need this place. I have my full mental and physical faculties about me. I did not when I moved in two years ago. I have improved considerably. I admit that a lot of it is due to the improved meals they serve here. But, now, I know how to feed myself. I wouldn’t exist off of diet pop, as before.
