Man i am so glad i have gaviscon tablets, i would have been dead i think without them tonight man my stomach was extremely sore, just thought i would mention that it is always a good idea to have this stuff around just in case, same with pain killers maybe carry a couple around just in case and keep a couple in your house, some people carry eye drops as well, i always try and have some tissues in my pocket too.
