I went to the pdoc today. She asked a lot of questions seemed in a good mood. She asked how I was eating and sleeping. I said eating and sleeping more sometimes too much. She asked if i was still having thoughts of self harm and I was honest and said not today. She wants to see me every 3-4 weeks until I’m stable.

Take care of yourself @cbbrown, it will take a few weeks before the Haldol take full effect.
You also seem to be under more pressure at home
The sooner you and Kay move out the better off you will be.

Sounds like you’ve a bit more stress in your life at the moment! Remember you can only do what you do and you need to keep yourself healthy!
