Good news for people who can't multitask

When we attempt to multitask, we don’t actually do more than one activity at once, but quickly switch between them. And this switching is exhausting. It uses up oxygenated glucose in the brain, running down the same fuel that’s needed to focus on a task.

i can watch the TV, listen to music, read, and smoke all at the same time …hahaha

It’s just another one of those common lies that most everyone puts on a resume or job application. Yes I can multitask. Yes I am a master at Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Yada yada yada.
