There are sprays that protect your hair from the heat of irons. Can they spray your hair with that before straightening?

@CoCo, yea I don’t like those sprays…
I’m a go to a cheapest regular salon this time yea…
Then cut my hair on my own from then on, until it gets out of control messy…

Yea, they are all very similar it’s true but I think at least most of them have slight differences and those differences make all the difference especially with my hair as it is sortta wavy.
I think 3 looks p cool
