Recipe: fry mince in a souppot
add mixed beans ( soaked in water)
add can of flavour (curry) for example

makes a few healthy meals for the freezer on a budget

Well everything got too busy to make biscuits so I’ll make them as a night snack with honey. In low German we call them schnetki and often dipped them in golden syrup. Honey is definitely a healthier choice!
That is a good family memory.

In the uk mince is ground beef (hamburger in the us)

Baked salmon with fish seasoning, garlic rice, and steamed vegetables like broccoli, string beans, and carrots. Then sprinkle it with hot sauce.

Today I have to get by on ham and cheese sandwiches with mayonnaise. Maybe reheated pizza from yesterday.

well we feasted on jambalaya there for about five days but it’s all gone now except frozen steak and cheese chimichangas or oatmeal…it’a been o k…need to go back to the store…that chili mac sounds pretty awesome !!
