First you take a rotisserie chicken and pluck the meat off of it

then you add it to uncooked corn tortillas with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion…roll them into enchiladas and layer in a casserole glass dish. cover in salsa verde sauce and more enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese covered…bake at 350 for thirty mins and pull out…enjoy…that’s what we are doing anyways today…no I didn’t get my stimulus yet…
