We’re getting our first snow flakes of the year here in Eastern Oklahoma. It’s looking like they might turn to ice, which could take out the power lines. I’m glad we’ve got gas heating where I am. How’s the weather where you are?

bit of fog today, bit colder
We are getting our first real snow here tonight. About one inch! I am in Michigan.

@crimby that is weird I was just beginning to post the same thing !? Just now getting little snow flakes…we ought to get together crimby it would be a party !

Snow, about an inch or 2…pretty on the trees. Ok, that’s enough winter, my feet are cold and am ready for spring !
We got our first measurable amount of snow last night, and it was still snowing today. It was all nice and pretty but it made walking in the dark last night a bit of a challenge (I was out at a family dinner otherwise I would have much preferred to stay home).
It was kind of cold today here where I live, just 30 min. from NYC - about 43 degrees for the high or so - kind of cloudy
we are in a heat wave, yeah…not !

Two hours north they started to get some snow. I’m in New Jersey. Its been drizzling tonight and chilly. I can’t wait for winter. I love the snow 
and the holidays of the winter 
. I love when my mom is off of work because of the snow and we watch movies all day. My dog loves playing in the snow. She’ll sit out in the yard for hours. 
The first time it has stuck so far this year… Pretty for now. If it keeps up hubby may have to snow plow soon.
This is one of the squirrels hubby and I have been giving nuts to.

It got down to 10 F last night - chilly, but it’s supposed to get up to 44 F today. Tomorrow, 50 F. By the weekend, 60 F. It could get back to fall weather for us in Eastern Oklahoma.
It’s mild here in the uk I think ( cold first thing of a morning and last thing of a night) its been cold past few weeks but I think its mild this week.
