I find this website to be so informative and supportive. I feel I can talk about my Problems here Facebook not so much more judgement from others there.And people on Facebook can get pretty intense and offensive and nasty

I find this site an internet go too but also a little addictive I’ve also learnt a bit about sciz over the last 3 months.

Me too it can be addictive especially Facebook I don’t like Facebook yet I go there every day Its like a drug you’re addicted to

Since I came back posting again I found this website to help me with being more positive about my diagnosis. I responded to medication. And there were tips here to help in other ways To help me focus and be as productive as I can.
