I feel kinda old at 34. Logically I know I’m not but ye.a.. idk I guess if I live to 70 that’s like middle aged right? So yea. Id like to believe I’ll live to 120 but it’s more likely I’m atleast done 50 % of my life. Morbid as it sounds to say. Probably the truth.. :person_shrugging:

I feel old physically at 51, but my mind and attitude have kind of been stuck in my 20s…in that sense I feel young.

I’m 48, and this year I realized how much I’ve aged in the last 10 years, and I’m feeling old as a result

I was supposed to be dead by 40. Turning 57 this year. My cardiologist is very happy with me and is thinking I’ll see 65 now. Feels good to hear that.

I felt old at 45 when I realized I was not going to have children

I feel even older when my crazy family mentioned me marrying a 30 some years old person and having children

Ha, I’m twice as old as a lot of people on here who say they feel old. I’m 64; when you’re looking at dying within five years, that’s old. When you’re 30 years old and looking at living another 30+ years, that’s not old.

40 made me feel old

I let Culture society made me feel less valuable

But moving into my 40s and toward 50

now I dont let age and label OLD define me

I feel old when I go to work. I usually make a 200 to 250 rate which is basically the minimum asked. THey announce the top 5 every day and they are like mid 300’s to over 400.

I was always a fast guy at jobs, but now Im middle of the road at best. Probably not even that.

On top of that I get a sore back and joints.

They also promote based on high piece work. So I am probably stuck in this job as long as I stay there.

I really need to find a different job. One for an older man.

@Zoe , Just because one doesn’t have any wrinkles doesn’t necessarily mean one is going to look young. People always tell me that I have ā€œgreat skinā€ and ā€œno wrinklesā€. Which is true. I have almost none. But ask any stranger to guess my age and they’d put me at about 73 to 75. I’m 65. And it’s always been this way. I’ve always had nice skin and people have always guessed me at ten years older. Even when I color my hair.

Physically -yes. Intellectually and mentally- no. I’d be better physically if I lost some(a lot of!) weight.

I’m 65 now and I really felt ancient last month when I was in Spain on vacation. I was very sick with multiple infections including pneumonia and I could barely walk. It was miserable. Luckily I only had to cut my stay short by three days. I ended up staying 2 weeks.

I’m all healed up now and I feel about 35 years old physically and about 53 years old mentally. I say 35 physically because I ruptured two back discs at 36 and was subsequently in horrible shape for years. I say 53 mentally because by that time my son had passed and I was post menopausal so I no longer cared to listen to pop, rock, and hip hop music and to dance 24/7, like I did previously. So you could say I no longer had a 20 year old mindset. I had a 53 year old mind that preferred to sit in silence and read or scroll.

If anyone would like to see some photographs I took of my trip to Spain, you can see quite a few of them in a recent thread I created called, Spain photo’s.

I’m 61 years old but I look and move as if I were in my 80s

Many people think that my 91 year old father is my brother!
