Drank homemade lemonade and feeling nauseous. What are the symptoms of the flu?

Yogurt is good for nausea. That’s what I use when taking my meds and my psy said to eat yogurt for nausea from meds.

Maybe it was a bad lemon? Normally lemonade is somewhat good for nausea.
