Boogies Burgers in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Taco bell or five guys
Probably Wendy’s
I haven’t eaten from a fast food joint in probably a year
Blech. I do everything I can to avoid big chains. I like to give my moola to the indie joints where the owner is putting his heart and sould into the food. Or I just cook at home…
Made my own burgers this evening.
Each patty was half a pound of ground beef. Homemade potato salad on the side and shakes made with homemade cranberry ice cream. Life can be good when you want it to be.
I haven’t eaten fast food since the beginning of the pandemic. I’d love a KFC or a decent pizza now.
I don’t eat a lot of fast food but they opened a new Burger King near my house and they make especially greasy burgers, I know that’s not good for you but damn do they taste good.
I like the buffalo chicken wrap from Harvey’s.
My local does the best pizza
I just got a Burger King as a treat for my birthday.
Sometimes Wendys hits the spot when it’s cooked right but I’m putting my vote in for Taco Bell.
We have a chain of Mexican food fast food restaurants called “El Pollo Loco”. They specialize in chicken. They make taco salads, avacado- chicken bowls, burritos, fresh guacamole etc. with sides of corn, rice and other things. The prices can be a little high, but still within reason. About two weeks ago me and my sister ordered some Vietnamese food and had it delivered from Door Dash. I think for both of us it was almost $45 bucks including tip, “service fee” and delivery charge, and tax. It was good and the portions were big enough but a week later I bought a “family” combo dinner from El Pollo Loco for $27 including tax.
It was 16 pieces of chicken, 3 large sides, a bunch of flour tortillas and salsa and a bunch of their hot sauce. I used a coupon.
It was a ton of food. It lasted me more than a week. Now, that’s what I call a good deal.
