I wonder how many here use mental health apps. I don’t, I don’t have a smart phone. I have considered buying one but am reluctant to as I hardly make any phone calls.
You could buy a tablet - it’s significantly cheaper and you will only need a wi-fi connection.
I tried a mental health diary where I plugged in my medicine and charted my moods over time. I forgot to input data into it for a long time and eventually lost interest.
They also raise but do not cover the timely spectre of hacking and the protection of data from malicious attention.
My worst fear in terms of privacy and the digital economy! I’m so afraid of malicious hackers!
