I have no clue what I need to change I guess that’s something I need to work on.

I’m surprised he gave you a comment like that without follow-up guidelines on how to do it. Just makes it sound like an insult.

I will not be pushed into doing something I don’t think I can do. I’m not being negative , just realistic.

She just said you shouldn’t care what others think , but my anxieties go way deeper than that. Hard to describe even for me. But I can’t just instantly stop caring what others think. Im not even sure how to do that.

That makes sense because we all need others and the relationships hinge on what they think of us. No respect, no relationship.
