You see this and doctors still prescribe cogentin like it’s candy, with no warning of decreased cognition. Not to mention other Anti Cholinergic problems (teeth, skin, sweat).

Working memory (Digit sequencing). I wonder how they run that test on the patients. It’s possible they do what they did to me this one time. Mention a sequence of integers/numbers, ask to recite, then ask to recite in reverse. Something like that. I found when I tried to recite in reverse, I couldn’t do it and the examiner wanted to see that disconnection or psychotic break from reality.
