And miso soup is really good. For me since I don’t have access to an oriental market I buy my miso online at Amazon.com. I don’t think I would ever get that much miso in my diet though because the soup recipe only calls for like 6 tablespoons for a big pot. But since it sounds healthy, and it’s delicious it’s worth a try. If you’re going to get some, don’t forget to get dashi too, I like the vegetarian dashi, but you don’t have to. Watch out for MSG.
